Serving Procter & Gamble (P&G), Building a Clean Fluid Transfer System for Daily Chemical Production

P&G, a globally renowned fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) giant, mainly produces toiletries and cosmetics. Their production lines demand extremely high purity of fluid materials and equipment hygiene to avoid cross-contamination and ensure product safety. Addressing the production characteristics of the daily chemical industry, such as viscous material transfer and frequent cleaning/disinfection, we developed sanitary tank-bottom valves, divert valves, and clamp fittings. Our products feature a quick-disassembly design for easy cleaning and no sanitary dead corners, suitable for the precise transfer and diversion of various pastes and liquids in daily chemical production. We provided standardized + customized sanitary valve and fitting products for multiple P&G daily chemical production bases across the country, optimizing fluid piping layouts, improving material transfer efficiency, and reducing material loss during production. With stable product performance, efficient after-sales response, and large-scale supply capability, we became a long-term qualified supplier for P&G, jointly building efficient, clean, and safe fluid systems for daily chemical production with the client.
